On March 29, 2023, Roger Hamilton, the CEO of Genius Group Limited (the “Company”), inadvertently posted information regarding the Company without prior Company review and approval. The posts in question have been deleted by Mr. Hamilton. There should be no implication as a result of the deleted posts that the information contained therein was deemed in any way material or definitive by the Company and should not be relied upon by the investing public as a statement by the Company.
