On January 15, 2024, Genius Group Limited (the “Company”) held an investor call and webcast to discuss their recently announced rights issue, together with the Company’s Bitcoin Treasury Strategy and 2025 outlook. The call took place on January 15, 2025, at 5.00pm Eastern Time and was hosted by the Company’s CEO, Roger Hamilton.
