Dr. Tracy Lynn West Joined the University of Antelope Valley as its President and Chief Executive Officer of the University of Antelope Valley in October 2022.

Dr. Tracy Lynn West has been in the field of higher education for 17 years. She served as the Campus President at Concorde Career College where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations and leadership of over six hundred plus students and over eighty-five staff and faculty. Prior to this, she worked as an associate professor at DeVry University and an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands, where she taught graduate courses in the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program. Dr. West graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration.

Jeff Hays is an award winning filmmaker, author, and television producer since the early nineties. He has gained national attention with Fahrenhype 9/11 (2004), a response to Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11. He followed that with On Native Soil (2006). Narrated by Kevin Costner and Hilary Swank, the documentary focused on the perspective of surviving family members of 9/11 victims and their efforts to create the 9/11 Commission. The film was acquired by LionsGate and NBC and was short-listed for an Academy Award. Hays produced a yearlong television series for Lifetime Television, and then returned to documentary film with Doctored in 2012, and Bought in 2014. In 2017, Jeff partnered with Dr. Patrick Gentempo to create Revealed Films. Together they have released many multi-part series covering subjects including, health and nutrition, medical issues, wealth-building, religious and political topics.

Patrick Gentempo is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led multi-million-dollar companies. With decades of experience having founded and over 15 businesses, Dr. Gentempo has a specialized skill in the practical application of philosophy in business. He has been published by Forbes.com, has testified in front of Congress on the use of technology in healthcare, given testimony to the White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine, and received numerous business and health-care awards. Lili Niemann has 38 years experience in the Education Industry, from teaching in Primary and High schools to lecturing at the University of Port Elizabeth for 10 years. In 1993 she started E Squared Education Enterprise as Founder and Director. She won multiple awards since starting the company including the CEO Global awards 2022 Winner Edition, the Business Worldwide Magazine 2020 Global Corporate Excellence awards, the Social Entrepreneur of the year South Africa and Business Leadership and Dedication to the Community award.

Angela Stead has over 30 years experience in Education Leadership. She currently is the Chief Executive Office of Education Angels and is the owner of multiple early years education settings in New Zealand. She is an experienced mentor and facilitator and has developed Educator certification and accreditation programmes for Genius School.
