Management Team

Roger James Hamilton has been our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since 2015. He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Entrepreneur Resorts Limited, a hospitality company and a subsidiary of Genius Group Ltd, since 2017, where he is responsible for the growth of the company’s resorts and beach clubs and led the company through its initial public offering in 2017. Mr. Hamilton is also founder and Chairman of Entrepreneurs Institute and GeniusU Ltd, which are both companies within Genius Group. Mr. Hamilton is a New York Times bestselling author and entrepreneur who mentors other entrepreneurs to grow their enterprises and find their flow. He holds a B.A. from the University of Cambridge.

Jennifer Brady has been our Head of Digital Marketing since July 2023. She has over three decades of experience in marketing and management and has a proven track record of scaling university revenues through online marketing to over half a billion dollars in annual revenues. She is an Expert in research and development of new degree and certificate programs, revenue opportunities within high growth areas while competitively differentiating new and existing products in a saturated marketplace. Jennifer's prior positions include Chief Marketing Officer at the University of Massachusetts, the New England Institute of Business, and Southern New Hampshire University.

Jason Jaingue joined us as our Head of Global Product in July 2023 and is an experienced Product Executive and Big Tech alumnus. He was at Amazon for almost 8 years, where he led various Product, Marketing, and Technology teams across its Retail and Marketplace organizations. By launching multiple products and features, he has helped more than 100K entrepreneurs grow their businesses selling on Amazon. After Amazon, he joined Expedia Group to lead their Global Display Advertising team inspiring travelers and connecting them to partners in their travel journey. Lastly, he was recently with Walmart and led one of their eCommerce Tech teams to empower customers to receive their orders in the most convenient and preferred ways.

Eva Mantziou is our Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Genius Group, Eva was the Member of the Supervisory Board at PTWP SA Group, one of the largest Polish press and internet publishers, and worked at Work Services, the biggest work agency in Europe with a presence in 16 countries, where she was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Eva is also the co founder of three companies, Golden Eggs Accelerator, Unfold World and Reconizer. Eva holds a Master's Degree from Wroclaw University of Economics and Executive Certificates from MIT.

Adrian Reese assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Genius Group in early 2024. Previously, he held key finance leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, serving as APac CFO for Investment Banking and Wealth Management, and later overseeing Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis in New York. His most recent experience includes guiding AlTi, an International Wealth and Asset Manager, through a successful listing on the Nasdaq in early 2023. Mr. Reese is a Chartered Accountant, having earned his qualifications with KPMG in the UK.
